LINEMAN or APPRENTICE LINEMAN - Franklin Electric Plant Board

Franklin Electric Plant Board is seeking a Lineman or Apprentice Lineman for our local office.  This job requires construcation, maintenance, and operation of overhead and underground electric lines.  It also requires making decisions that safely and effectively restore service to the customer.  Past utility experience helpful.  Candidates should possess a Kentucky-issued Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or be able to obtain one within 90 days of employment.  Must be able to work in all kinds of weather.  Must be able to work standby and overtime as required.  Heavy lifting is required.  This position will be filled as a Lineman or Apprentice Lineman depending on qualifications and skills.
