Franklin Electric Plant Board is hiring for a Customer Service Representative

Description:      The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers (internal and external), clients and third parties via in person, telephone and email. The CSR ensures compliance with customers’ requirements and FEPB policies and procedures.  Specific CSR duties will be dependent on the customer needs they support.  CSR must manage communications proactively to ensure the most effective and timely service provided.

 Qualifications:              

  •   Excellent communication skills
  •   Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word & Outlook
  •   Proactive & able to work independently as well as a team
  •   Reliable attendance
  •   Strong organizational skills and time management skills are needed to manage multiple  tasks/priorities

 

Must be able to work 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday thru Friday
